Yoga for Men
Wednesday's 8pm, Dutchy's Fitness, 6 Week Course October 26th - 30th November
This course is designed based on the principals of Sports Yoga (which I am fully trained in), each week we will look at different body parts and work into: Spinal Warm Up's, Breathing Techniques, Stability Practices, Flexibility - longer stretches. So the classes are much more than just stretching and take a whole body approach. Suitable for all levels.
